All orders should ship between 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note, custom canvases will take longer to paint, and thus ship. If you have placed an order and have not received a shipment notification after two weeks, please contact us with your order number.
We ship everywhere in the US. Please note that Shopify calculates shipping rates based on where you live and are based on going rates by the USPS. Once orders are in the possession of the USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items. You must file a claim directly with the USPS if your package has not arrived to you. If you would like to ship an order outside of the United States or have any questions regarding an issue with your package, please reach out to us through the contact me page.
At this time we do not accept returns as most of our items are painted to order or in small batches. Please contact me if there is an issue with your order.
I suggest calling or heading to your LNS (local needlepoint store) as they will offer finishing services and thread suggestions for your canvases! They are also amazing at choosing fibres or ‘kitting’ your project.
Currently our canvases do not come with fibers, but we can give you fiber recommendations upon request to purchase from your local needlepoint shop.
